We ship to addresses within the UK using Royal Mail.
We always ensure that goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are well packaged. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged in transit although we will help you make a claim against the carriers.
We ALWAYS get proof of postage.

Returns
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from the-bride-to-be.com , but if you are not, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for a refund. The goods must be in pristine condition, and still in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the postage cost of returning goods. Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order. Regrettably, we cannot refund the following items:

Personalised items
Disposable cameras lost or damaged are limited to the replacement value of the camera or film only.
All shipping/handling costs are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part or the goods are defective. If goods returned to us are damaged in transit, then we cannot issue a refund - please ensure goods are suitably packaged to avoid this.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at the-bride-to-be.com, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations.
